Michael Hric practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and probate, business planning, entity formation, organization and structuring, preservation of wealth, and taxation law. Mr. Hric is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Association. He holds licensure as a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Indiana and Florida, while also being Board Certified by the Florida Bar Association in taxation. Majoring in accounting, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in 1972 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois in 1975. Mr. Hric is a member of numerous professional associations in Indiana, Illinois and Sarasota County, Florida; and he is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Bar Association. Prior to his relocation to Sarasota, Florida in 1979, Mr. Hric practiced both accounting, with an international accounting firm, and law in Chicago, Illinois. Michael Hric has served as a lecturer/instructor at Purdue University and several venues in Florida.
