Mr. Wolff is a 3rd generation Sarasotan, his family settled in Sarasota in 1912. He attended Sarasota schools and graduated from the Bolles Military Academy in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1960. He then attended the University of Florida, where he was a member of Phi Eta Sigma, Honorary Society, graduating in 1964. Mr. Wolff attended Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree, in 1967. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Wolff returned to Sarasota to commence his practice of Real Estate and Business Law. Prior to Mr. Wolff becoming associated with Gibson, Kohl-Helbig, & Wolff, P.L., he was a partner, practicing with several of the larger firms in the Sarasota area. Mr. Wolff's practice emphasizes representation of buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, and representation of developers and lenders. Mr. Wolff consults in the structuring and organization of complex real estate ventures. Mr. Wolff is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. In addition, Mr. Wolff is a leading agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company which has awarded him an Agency Performance Award. Mr. Wolff and his wife, Charlene Heiser Wolff, are actively involved in the Sarasota Community.
